These terms govern your use of Propoze, operated at propoze.ai. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What Propoze Does

Propoze is an AI-powered proposal builder. You provide project details and our AI generates a professional proposal for you. The service offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Your Content

The proposals generated through Propoze are yours. You own the output and can use it however you want. We do not claim any ownership over your proposals or the information you provide to create them.

Your input is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any other purpose beyond generating your proposal.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Propoze to:

• · Generate fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content
• · Misrepresent your qualifications or services in proposals
• · Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
• · Resell access to the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments and Plans

The free plan includes 3 lifetime proposals. The Pro plan costs $19/month or $190/year and includes 30 proposals per month. Prices may change with notice. Payments are handled by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have a billing issue.

AI-Generated Content

Proposals are generated by AI and may not be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any proposal before sending it to a client. Propoze does not guarantee that proposals will win you clients or be free of errors.

The Service

Propoze is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service running and reliable, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will always work as expected. We are not liable for any lost revenue, missed opportunities, or other damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service itself. If we make significant changes to these terms, we will notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You can stop using Propoze at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to your saved proposals.
