Propoze ("we", "our", "us") operates propoze.ai. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address. If you sign up with Google, we also receive your name from Google OAuth. We use this to create and manage your account.

Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Proposal content. When you use the guided builder or quick chat, the text you enter is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your proposal. We do not use your proposal content for any purpose other than generating your proposal. We do not train models on your data.

Usage data. We track basic usage like how many proposals you've created to enforce plan limits. We do not use analytics trackers or sell any data.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

That's it. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone for marketing purposes.

We keep your account data and proposal history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.
